Vrooooooooommmmm

About 5 years ago we were lucky enough to find this go kart at a garage sale for a super cheap price. We were already interested in it and when we asked the lady how much we were shocked at the low price she told us. We had my Camry that day and we were about an hour from home. Steve managed to get this thing half way in my trunk, well enough to make the drive home. I even got pictures of that, I bet we looked hilarious going down the freeway that way. When I had asked how about we come back for it later, he totally knew it was a good deal and wanted to get it before she changed her mind. Since then he's tweaked and done some things to it, true dude style. While the kids were here he put this new engine on it. It still needs some work but it's fun to get it out every once in awhile.

Mackenzie right away got on it and sat down and pretended to drive. I told Steve she could ride with me and he told me that once the engine starts it will most likely freak her out and it's really not set up to ride 2 people. We were very surprised when he started it up at how she smiled instead of freaking. She went ahead and rode with me and loved it the whole time. Big Grins. So nice when kids surprise you and also when you can see some of the daredevil come out in them.
