COUNTY FAIR

Grandma, Mackenzie and I went to the county fair yesterday. It was a very hot day so it made it unbearable. But we spent a lot of time going through the barns and looking at the animals.

We watched a rabbit show and a friend take 1st place...

Looked at the cows. Later I walked Mackenzie through a different cow barn and as she walked by a cow that was laying down by the walkway she gave him a little pet. I was glad to see that she wasn't afraid.

Mackenzie seemed to really like the goats. We found a young 4-H boy that was very interested in sharing his goats with us. We learned all about them and even their names.



This was a fun little area. There was a water pump area that pushed rubber ducks down the troughs...


And this corn 'sand'box. This corn felt so good on the feet!
