New Things...

Not that these are big firsts but they are big to us.

*First off, Mackenzie actually went and got something that we asked her to get! It was the remote that had landed on the floor and we asked her to get it and she went and brought it to me. Wow!

*After her bath tonight she climbed out of the tub on her own. She usually waits for me to get her. I had brushed her teeth right before bath but she insisted on sliding the step stool over to the sink and proceeded to grab her toothbrush. Ain't going to argue with that!

*It was almost bedtime and she didn't get her nap today and she was starting to get an attitude. She was in the front room and was starting to throw some things. This is her mad side coming out. Sternly I told her to not throw and asked her if she was wanting to go to the corner or needed a time out. While she was crying, she walked herself over to her time out spot and sat herself down! I just sat there with my jaw dropped! I had to cover my face with the book I was holding so she didn't see me when she looked my way.
